Good morning,
I was just checking in quickly, and had to tell you that Ashley changes mine for me. She uses an image "hosting" site. I think it is "imagebucket(dot)net" You have to copy and paste, but she says it's pretty self explanatory. Hope this helps!

I use photobucket.com and then you have to paste it into your profile. I think you have to save it under link or something like that at the photo bucket site. It took me a little while to figure it out, but that should give you a start.
I used photobucket.com, too and put my picture there. It then gives you the code that you need to copy and paste on to your blogger profile page where you add your photo. It has to be a URL code I believe. Once you set up a photobucket account and transfer your photo there, it's pretty easy to to just copy and paste. Go to "edit your profile" and then to "profile URL" and that is where you copy and paste the code from photo bucket.
I do the same as ginger and trella but I use flickr.com
