So Many Posts, So Little Time

Al...most...there! School is almost over. The kids basically have 6 days or so left, and I have a few more than that. I am dreadfully behind in posts. Show and Tells, Mother's Day, Beth graduated from 8th grade last night so of course I have pictures.... Hopefully tomorrow I'll get Beth's graduation post up.

I did want to say that where else but Louisiana can you eat crawfish bread and stuffed artichokes for dinner?! Well, I'm sure there ARE other places, but it just seemed like a unique supper to me. I picked both up at the local outdoor market/veggie place. Yummy!! =o)

I hope everybody has a great weekend. Even though I haven't been posting, I sure have been reading everybody's blogs daily. I really enjoy them all.

Congratulations to Beth! Bruce called yesterday and talked with her, but forgot to tell her congratulations! I fussed at him when he got off the phone, so congratulations from all of us.

Your dinner sounds yummy!

I've been missing your posts, too, but I completely understand! Life has to come first. I hope you can slow down a bit this summer.
Blessings and hugs,
Karen

P.S. I've never heard of crawfish bread before. How do you make it?

Karen, I have NO idea. I bought it at our local outdoor market/produce stand. They make lots of interesting foods there. It's a great place to shop! =o)

Well, I can't wait until school is out! Maybe I'll be able to catch you online again. hehe...

My kids have only 4 days left. Brandon is "promoting" from 8th grade on Thursday. They don't call is "graduating" here anymore. Austin is also promoting from 5th grade. My babies are growing up!
