The purpose of this blog is for me to have a way to process and journal what the Lord speaks at church, in cell, and to just post occasional ramblings.

You Know You've Had a Rough Night When...
You know you've had a rough night when you wake up in the morning and your quilt is completely turned over and the backside is face up! (Needless to say, I'm making Matt sleep in his own bed tonight....)
Hey Ruth, I'm trying to get around to everyone's blogs and read/catch up. I hear ya on the New Year's thing. I think you have the right idea. I told Gordon yesterday that I was not going to put any expectations on anyone for the New Year. I'm just leaning on the good Lord to get me through this year, after the year we just had. :0) I'd love to know how the quilt got reversed on you! Of course, I also know that my girls were little arms and legs when they were younger and slept with me. I hope you have a better night tonight! Blessings and Happy New Year, Ruth!
Sorry about your rough night! I like your goals. I am a talker too and always wish later that I had stopped talking and really listened to what the other person was saying! I think that should be a goal for me this year too.
Sunday night was better. Matt stayed in his bed until middle of the night when he migrated back to us. As for tonight...he's back in our bed. LOL! I'm going for the "start in your bed every other night" approach. (I'm SUCH a softie. LOL!)
I am an extremely busy Christian woman desiring to become like her Savior. I am married to a wonderful man and have 3 awesome children. I am very involved with our church (Harvest Family Church) and teach middle school language arts at Harvest Christian Academy.

That is so funny! That happens here sometimes too.
Ha! I say that when Al sleeps with Derek. It's seems that bed it totally torn apart.
As a matter of fact both kids slept in my bed with me last night. The bed wasn't too torn apart, but I didn't sleep the greatest.
Hi! I'm new to blogging. Please stop by my page! I am an associate pastor's wife in need of some new online friends!
Thank you! I thought the big dog was great... :)
